We want you to be completely satisfied with the insurance coverage you obtain through our referral service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear refund policy for applicable fees.
Important: Insurance Coverage Solution is a referral service. Refunds for insurance premiums are subject to the policies of the insurance provider you select. We can assist you in understanding their cancellation and refund terms.
Protocol Cancellation
30-Day Evaluation Window
You have 30 days from the protocol activation date to review your coverage. If you cancel within this window, you are entitled to a full liquidation of any capital paid, provided no claims have been initialized.
Pro-Rated Liquidation
After the initial 30 days, you can still cancel your protocol at any time. We will provide a pro-rated liquidation for the remaining unused portion of your alignment.
Processing Velocity
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to your original source.
No Friction Fees
We do not charge administrative or cancellation fees. You only pay for the security you utilize.
Claim Impact
If a claim has been initialized or paid during the term, the protocol may be subject to different liquidation terms as per regional regulations.
